We are committed to treating our patients with courtesy and respect, and we expect the same in return from our patients towards our staff. Any threatening, abusive, or violent behavior towards our staff or patients is taken very seriously. If a patient engages in such behavior, they will be warned to cease immediately. Persistent behaviour may result in removal from our patient list, and if necessary, law enforcement may be involved to remove the individual from the premises.
